I miss you! How long has it been since I looked in the mirror and saw you?
I’d like to pretend that it’s someone else’s fault that you’ve been away… But it’s not.
I’ve let things come between us. I haven’t done a good enough job in managing my emotions and ensuring that my love tank is full. Because of that, I’ve turned to food to fill in emotional gaps.
I’m so sorry. When I tell you I love you, I’m sure you don’t fully believe me because it has been far easier to grab another pop, order that dessert and have the crunchy fries.
I want to make amends. I’m choosing to start over with you. You have been strong.
You have been beautiful and flexible. Our skin has literally glowed.
I no longer get to say I want my best body but I don’t want what I have to DO to GET my best body.
I want a long full life in my best body. I am choosing to do what it takes to move back into your good graces.
I’m so excited & feeling confident in my immune system. And yes, I want to put on those jeans. You look hot in those
jeans!
You’re not being here right now is 100% my doing. And I’m ready to do what I need to do, to bring you back and help you stay.
