It’s that time again.🍾
 Less than a month left in this year. I’m always teaching you something, and often it’s challenging. So I want to close the year with a lighter feel.

Let’s do some short, sharp and shiny refreshers to our Mindset so we start next year ready!

This seems really simple, but it’ll change your life if you make this shift. This is about focusing on the process versus the outcome.

The process of your life should be about what you are building, learning and healing. Those are your seeds. Focus on the daily work of your hands.

Where has your focus been this year? 

On the process- improving it and enjoying it? 

Or on the outcomes – measuring them and comparing them?

Necessary reminder. 

If you were so focused on your work but it’s costing you your “life”, 

you need to figure out next year how to change that job.

Funny thing is, people assume this is a problem only for employees. I also see this as a huge problem for entrepreneurs.

Especially our men, believe they can take all of their time and give it to the Empire they are building. They “miss” 5, 10, even 15 years of prime family time. They think after the Empire is built, they can just pop back into their family, as heroes, and everything will be well.

It won’t. Ask yourself, was this me this year?

running to pick up the kids or during the commercials works.
