Let’s Start With the Obvious...
If you’ve done everything you can find to do (physically) to heal,
then it’s time to do something, not physical!
Let me repeat that because it’s really important and it applies to absolutely any problem that you have been struggling with for years…
If you’ve done everything you can find to do, to change a situation (under society’s logical, recommended and physical frameworks), then you need to go OUTSIDE that framework!
I can save you all a lot of time by reminding you that every physical problem has an emotional or spiritual root
cause.
Everything that you see around you right now, came first from a single thought. It was born of a desire, or feeling, that someone then fleshed out into a plan.
You know that I teach that you do one thing, the way you do everything. Well, the way things are
created is the same. That includes the way we create things that we don’t like.
So I’m going to give you a series of questions that you can ask yourself.
Depending on how truthful you will be with yourself, determines how much clarity your answers will give you on which step to take next.
-What does your illness give to you that you would not want to lose?
-Does your condition force you to rest and give
you a “reason“ to rest, where without it, you would just keep pushing on?
-What was happening in your life emotionally and spiritually right before you gained the weight or got sick?
-Compare and contrast your life before your illness with your life after your illness,
what stands out? What is very different?
-Are you mad at yourself, your body, your family, or the medical profession about your health condition?
-What simple things could you be doing to help, but you don’t do, because they don’t seem “big
enough”?
-Have you been looking for a “quick fix” to restore you to health?
-What is your body trying to tell you that you are avoiding hearing?
-Do you
care for yourself the way you care for a sick child? If not, why not?
-What are the top two or three terrifying truths that you suppress? And how might they be related to your condition?
-Are you willing to do the inner work, and heal your oldest wounds in order to heal
your body?
These are just some of the uncomfortable emotional questions that you want to ask yourself if you’re wanting to heal physically.
If you’ve done “everything you can” physically, then it’s
time to look somewhere else, and that somewhere else is inside of you.
Never discount the power of your emotional discomfort and your "dis-ease" of spirit to cause "disease" of body to force you to pay attention.
Godspeed in Healing Alphas.
