No Rush
Zones: Eating & Walking
I could appeal to your bodyâs health and the need for your body to digest its food properly. I could tell you that I once read the optimal number of chews for each single bite of food is 27!
I could try to convince you that when your digestion is off,Â
you compromise the entirety of your health.
Nope. Not gonna do it.
What I am going to do is⊠Appeal to your desire for Wealth.
Wealthy people donât eat fast.
Wealthy women donât walk fast.
And why would they?
Anything or anyone they want, is going to wait for them to finish, in the time they feel most comfortable finishing.Â
Â
When you are rushing these very common and repetitive daily tasks, Â you were locking in the energetic template training yourself to be on someone elseâs schedule.
Call a dog and call a cat.
See which one rushes over when you call its name and see which one takes its time (if it comes at all!).Being loved by a dog is amazing but itâs not special. Dogs just love people. Even not so good people. But being loved by a cat? Oh! That special. Cats seem to have a sense of their own self worth, that they do not adjust, depending on their audience. We need you to be more cat like Alpha.I want you to notice how quickly you eat your food.
I want you to notice if you are constantly eating your food in circumstances that invite and encourage you to eat quickly. And then⊠Stop it!My two favorite Coaching Words. Â
Â
I want you to notice how you walk.
If I hired a documentary
camera crew to follow you around, without you noticing it, and they recorded 20 hours of footage of you walking various places with no audio⊠what would someone conclude from watching you walk?
Make no mistake, people read your energy, your presence,
your value, your beauty, your wealth, your magnetism from
the way you move and the way you arrive somewhere.
Slow down your eating and slow down your walking so that you can experience more pleasure & wealth in this life.
Â
Back in the day, up to about the 1950s, women used to practice
walking!Â
Why? Because men watch us walk! Hell, even women watch us walk.
See if you can go re-watch My Fair Lady, and watch the transformation of Eliza Doolittle, the commoner. Â She had that terrible accent, and is
transformed from a flower sales girl, to a woman who is believed to be a duchess.
They changed how she walked, dressed and spoke. They did not change her DNA. They did not change her face or history.
If youâre looking for an easy way to anchor in a higher sense of self-worth in yourself, start with these
little things. Eat & Walk slowly and with deliberation and intent.
Walk like you are the daughter of a King, because you are.
