is to invite you to deeply answer a single question:
What can I do to create a feeling of Bliss for myself now?
It’s such a simple question, yet it has many critical component parts.
Part 1:
Recognizable
You need to know what a feeling of "Bliss" feels like,
so you can recognize when you have it.
Part 2: Creatable
This question also contains the belief that Bliss can be created. It’s not accidental or luck. It’s controllable. (We Alphas love hearing that bit!)
Part 3: Repeatable
Recognizable Bliss can be created for oneself, rather than passively received. So you can
manufacture Bliss over and over for yourself! No bartering with others!
Part 4: Immediate
The feeling of
Bliss does not require one to be in a place like Bali, called the Island of the Gods, with an infinity pool, and perfect weather.
You can create recognizable Bliss on demand.
It shouldn’t be relegated
into the far off future.
Back to our single question, that requires YOUR deep contemplation:
What can I do to create a feeling of Bliss for myself now?
It is important that you be in control of administering doses of Bliss to yourself.
Some things I use to create my feeling of Bliss are:
- Standing in the sun with my feet in the grass, and my head tilted up to catch the sun’s rays. (I absolutely feel the Divine in sunlight, so doing that for even one
minute and grounding myself feels like Bliss to me.)
- Burning my best incense, and just smelling it, with no
rushing.
- The first bite of a meal prepared for me by my family.
- Singing along to some of my favorite songs with everything I’ve got.
- Spooning with my love.
Find something. Do it. Use it. Arrange it.
Can’t find something? That’s a concern.
It means all your pleasures require
someone else’s cooperation or permission. Not good.
