Definition of Clutter
Â
Clutter is driven by prior trauma making you care for,Â
maintain or be incapable of releasing
thingsÂ
(which objectively do not serve you)Â
to provide yourself some form of emotional protection.
Â
What relationships do I have that I know, right now, do not serve me?
Â
Go past whether you serve them, and
whether you are EXPECTED to keep this relationship.
Â
You know.
Â
You know Alpha.
Â
For now, just identify the relationships that do not serve you (they harm, they take, they limit you, they don’t see you, or hear you).
Â
It’s OK if it’s your husband, mother, or child. Just tell yourself the truth.
Â
Truth doesn’t mean you are a bad mother or need a divorce tomorrow.
Â
Who are you keeping in your life, at a cost to your peace, your dreams and your safety?
Â
Those relationships are
Clutter.
Â
Remember, Beautiful girl, that which is born from fear,Â
NEEDS FEAR to
continue.
Â
If it is still there, you are FEEDING IT.Â
Â
Get help to let these go and grow yourself so
you can transform those whom cannot release.Â
This is the Art of Self Rescue.Â
