Why do you want to look at and it and care for your relationship with failure? Simple. Failure. Is. Unavoidable.
If you are doing anything new, brave, noteworthy, the other sides of those coins include things not working out, blowing up spectacularly and visible failure. If you want one side, you have to know the other side is there and make peace with it.

The relationship you want with failure is feedback. It is information on how you did something or the timing you
had. When you can fail in public and not internalize that story to lower your self worth, you free yourself up to attempt things you dreamed of as a child.
