Where Am I Unhappy?
Where are things missing? Where is your heart not in it? Where are you pressing down your feelings? Where are you waiting for X? Where are you miserable? Where are you coping? Where are you watching webinars and buying books?
Just name it out loud. I don't like ______. I'm unhappy because _______ or I'm unhappy without _______.
Now...say it like 5 or 6 times. Say it til you can say it with confidence, clarity and without (big part) shame.
Just tell yourself the truth. It is very healing to face truth and to speak truth. It doesn't have to be told to others, family or even me as your coach.
Speaking the truth about where you are happy vs. where you'd LIKE to be happy or SHOULD BE happy or USED TO BE happy or HOPE TO be happy soon, lets your inner child, who is suffering, feel heard.
She cannot ABIDE (vocab word of the day) seeing you rescue everyone else BUT HER! You are kind and sensitive and thoughtful and patient with everyone else BUT HER. Wherever she ("you" before this present moment) is unhappy, your ego puts up a block so you don't see it.
What you don't see, you don't improve.
So for just a moment - SEE YOUR STUFF.
