Thanksgiving in the U.S. is time to reflect on what you have. I'm giving thanks for having an amazing best, soulmate friend.

Happy Thanksgiving! It's late as anything here but I finished two pies from scratch and two loaves of banana bread. There is NO canned pumpkin here. No Jiffy mix. No ready made or graham cracker crusts. Lol!

Made everything from scratch and instead of Pumpkin Pies they will be Sweet Potato Banana Spice Pies. You cannot make this stuff up!

P.S. I'm having 14 for dinner and teaching my Australian family, American Thanksgiving, on our Friday night (your Thanksgiving a.m.).

I am soo excited for my first big holiday with my husband and all 3 kids! I even baked gluten free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread for our oldest. Deserts are ready! Tomorrow...everything else!
