We Got Chickens!!

My husband used to have chickens and wanted to get them again. He sat and built the most amazing chicken coop and we waited to see when we could get hens.

Months went by, but because of the virus, we were stuck.

And then out of the blue... he comes home with not the 2 or 3 chickens I'd expected... but...

Surprise!

6! Six birds.

How often are you resisting what shows up for you? You want a promotion but not THIS soon. You want the man but not RIGHT NOW. You want things.

Let life bring you what it WANTS you to have.

My awesome husband rescued these birds from an egg factory, the ones where they stay in wire cages all the time. Our girls looked abused. Lots of feathers missing and timid.

My first thought was, we have too many! Then I realized that to chickens who've never walked on grass, our coop was a PALACE!
