Just Solve More Problems
Money causes endless problems in relationships.
Lack of money is blamed for weight gain, infidelity, lazy parenting and everything but Daylight Savings Time (and that IS connected to business!).
Here is the clear truth that no one is supposed to say, for fear of offending someone: you are paid relative to someone else’s valuation of your services.
If you don’t have enough money, YOU aren’t providing enough value.
It does NOT matter how society tries to lift the wages of those who provide services almost anyone can do. The more people who can do your work successfully, the LESS you will be paid for it. It’s a law of economics.
Your work is to equip yourself with a skill set that is both UNCOMMON and NECESSARY. Child care is necessary but taking care of an infant well is not UNCOMMON.
Mid level office work...again common.
Top NASCAR Driver? Uncommon and entertainment is clearly deemed NECESSARY to our society. Result? Megabucks.

I’m sure there are several world class basket weavers alive today. Rare but no burning need, so lower value. So often, we stay stuck staring at the problem, rather than taking whatever steps we can towards the solution.
If you’ve looked at what you do, and find that your job averages out low on that 1 to 10 scale and want more money – you need to do something else.
You need to do something different.
This fundamental ability to see the truth and act on it, is critical for you to be able to create the life that you really want.
When you find a way to solve either HARDER problems or a larger number of easier problems – you increase your value to the world.
There are only three types of people: Problem Solvers, Problem Creators and Problem Avoiders. (And really the Avoiders are just Passive-Aggressive Creators!).
That is not only true for money but it is also true for problems inside of your marriage.
Choose to spend more time being a Problem Solver to make yourself more valuable to the world and it will pay you.
Problem Solve for your spouse (including problems THEY cause) and they may love you.
