The Hard Work of Simplicity #1
We are going to spend a month on SIMPLICITY. I know, ironic right?
Alphas are not very good at keeping things SIMPLE.
Why not? Because all of our PRAISE (read: approval & love) usually come from us tackling the COMPLEX.
When you want your marriage, life or business to work better -> look for and DO the simple FIRST!
We'll make something in SIMPLER in each of your 4 Foundational corners of Health, Wealth, Love and Mission this month.
Just Eat Better
It’s NOT that hard to drink more water, get more sleep and eat real food.
Yet our resistance to doing these simple things has spawned a multi-billion $ diet and fitness industry. By the way, if you need to dip into that industry for help – I’ll point you at Drew Manning. He's one of the good guys :-)
The whole call blows minds. Ever wonder why divorce is rampant??
You can hear a quick clip below :-)
Here is the Simplicity for Health:
For the next week, make it your goal to:
- Drink ONE more glass of water each day.
- Get 30 mins more sleep each day.
- Eat something each day that came out of the ground without a package.
That's not hard.
Water - I've never been the hugest fan so what I do is drink herbal tea (no caffeine, stevia - so no sugar). I make a coffee pot and have to empty it by the end of the day. Visual reminder. Don't try to make yourself drink water
if you hate it. Waste of time!
Sleep - Our sleep cycles are 90 minutes long. So basically 8 hours is 5 sleep cycles. Deep sleep/healing occurs in Stage 4 of that 90 minutes so it needs to be uninterrupted (sorry New parents!). Always aim to tack on enough time to get another full cycle in.
Eating - I don't care what the package says, not much is healthier than the dirt you brush away because it came out of the ground! I've just lost 18.6 lbs (yep, counting that .6! LOL) from food change to keto, no exercise.
Doing all 3 would be great. 2 is stellar and even 1 gets you started :-)

P.S. The pile of goodness -> cauliflower, capsicum (red bell pepper), spring onion and whatever else that I could
reach, became the base of my mega omelette.
Having chickens means I have LOTS of fresh eggs. Those baby capsicums are from a pot garden and I save them for salads because they're cute :-)
P.P.S. Do you know of a man that wants help with his life & marriage? I have a man whose budget is only group coaching. I want him helped, so now I need a few good men! Hit reply or message me if you are him or forward this to "that" guy. I'm going to spoil
them!
