Distract yourself with what makes you HAPPY.
Seriously. That is the best way.
Sometimes you just cannot conjure up any good thoughts from within the stressful situation you feel “stuck“ in.
And you can’t "just stop thinking about it" because you suddenly choose to stop thinking about it. That’s normal too.
Distract yourself with something that makes you feel happy.
That puts your energy and your outlook and your mood in a place that is most likely to attract and receive the good that you’re asking for.
Stressful marriage that gets better and then worse and then better and then worse? Distract yourself.
