Here are 3 ways you will know you are addicted to struggle:
#1) You’ve done it your whole life.
#2) You expect struggle.
#3) You celebrate after defeating a struggle.
#1 You've Done It Your Whole Life.
If anything has been a constant in your life, is it there because you WANT it to be there. I’m so sorry to tell you this! I know it sounds and feels awful. (Consciously? No. Subconsciously? Yes.)
If you’re 30, 40 or 50+, and you REALLY wanted to stop struggling with your crap, you'd have figured it out by now. 🤷♀️
You're hella smart!
You’re surrounded by resources or you find them. And you don’t quit.
Therefore, if you’re still struggling, it’s because some part of you actually likes struggling (yeah, I said it).
#2 You Expect Struggle.
You get what you expect ladies.
Stop telling me that you read the books and know The Secret and understand the Law of Attraction BUT...
you’re still in denial on WHY you keep getting what you expect!
Note: What you expect is what you are afraid of and don’t want to happen!
You energetically create AND repeat whatever you expect, struggle included.
#3 You Celebrate After Defeating A Struggle.
A big part of your self-esteem is wrapped up in the triumphant overcoming of struggle. In other words, you celebrate after you conquer the "next" struggle.
Yes ladies, that means you are rewarding yourself for Struggling.
Yes, that means you will continue to do it.
I skimmed the surface here.
If you got really honest and saw that you’ve been struggling (with love, money, health or mission) for probably 20-30+ years and finally want help, ask me.
You should hurry, I’m changing the terms of my coaching soon :-)
